About Trudi

Reiki Sensei/Master and Teacher

Life is about choice among other things and it took a long time to realise that being afraid, angry and frustrated is a waste of precious life. These emotions can be almost crippling and take over, stopping you from moving forward. I realised I could choose the way I live.

From a fearful, shy woman with low self esteem, having had my share of grief and struggle, gently I changed through meditation, personal development study and most profoundly my introduction to Reiki healing in 2006. I am now confident, empowered and so grateful I am living my life’s purpose.

Tru Support Natural Therapies evolved in 2014 and now provides workshops, coaching, Reiki treatments and training to support our growing community across Australia. In December 2017 I knew I wanted to teach Reiki and studied to be a Reiki Sensei/Master and Teacher. I love it, it is my passion. With a continuing thirst for learning I also incorporate other modalities: as a Certified Life Coach, NLP and Time Line Therapy Practitioner, Hypnotherapy Practitioner and have years of experience in meditation.

I am happy to share my knowledge and passion to help you transform as I did, to improve your life, your health and become who you want to be.
